Error Submission Tracking

Hello,

I’m very happy with this plugin. But lately on one website I had a problem. The customers couldn’t submit the form anymore. The form returns “Sender’s message was failed to send”. I couldn’t figure out a way to fix this issue, but suddenly it stopped happening.

Therefore I’m trying to find a way to track when this message is happening. Ideally I’d like it to push an event to Google Analytics.

But I have really no idea how to do this.
Any suggestions?
