    Hello,

    I have a problem I can’t finish a backup of my worpress woocommerce site. I’ve done some research and tried to reduce the maximum execution time but I still have the same problem. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hi @aduna

    please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load -> choose minimum.

    Lower the Maximum Script Execution Time to 25 or 20 seconds and try to run it again.

    You can try to split the big backup file into smalller ones or change the backup archive type to Tar instead of zip too!
