Did you have configured the maximume execution Time in BackWPup > Settings > Tab: Job

it’s 30 should i change it?

try to reduce it to 25.

did you have caching plugins active ?

No nothing.

It looks like that the backup aborts on adding files to Zip. You can try to exclude some folders from the Backup to see if it aborts in a specifc folder.

You can activate debug log too. It is in BackWpup > Settings > Tab: Log.
