Error start scanning

    We have 3 website on Windows local server. We have last version of wordfence.
    We try to start scan but load and error connecting for scann.

    In Tools > Diagnostic > We have this problem on CONNECTIVITY tabs: wp_remote_post() test to noc1.wordfence.com failed! Response was: cURL error 35: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to noc1.wordfence.com:443

    How we can fix the problem?
