    Hi, I’m getting this error when trying to run a malware scan… please help:

    The error occurred

    Unexpected response from server. See console for details.
    Stage: get_cms_hashes

    Hello.

    Please check that you have latest Security plugin version installed.

    Please deactivate/activate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled.

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Enter your access key in the plugin’s settings.
