    I’m trying to upload a CVS using CVS Importer, when I click ‘Star CVS import Now’ I get this error messagge:

    Sorry, you do not have permissions to upload this type of file

    I’m logged as Admin.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @fusiontribal Which version of PHP is being used on your server?

    We are aware of an issue with PHP versions higher than 8.0. Our developers are looking into resolving that.

    In the meantime, you could downgrade to PHP version 8.0. If you still see the error after that, please do let us know.

    Thanks! downgrade the PFP version from 8.1 to 8.0 resolve the issue.
