    Hello,

I can create and clone feeds without issues. Creation works fine, throughout all steps.

However, once created, I can’t access any other page, e.g. general feed settings, field mapping, category mapping, etc, even the icon that says (count in product feeds)

If I had to change a single setting I had to recreate the project all over again. Not even cloning, because I can’t open the settings page after cloning.

The plugin’s settings page works fine though, only individual feeds’ settings.

WP Debug is enabled and nothing showed there.

    System check	Status

Product feed XML directory writable	True
Product feed CSV directory writable	Unknown
Product feed TXT directory writable	Unknown
Product feed TSV directory writable	Uknown
Product feed LOGS directory writable	Unknown

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Changes are that either something went wrong upon installing the plugin or you are running some sort of permission security issue that is limiting permissions and is causing the issue at hand.

Did you already try doing a clean install with the latest version of the plugin?

Thanks for the super quick reply!

There were several updates on the plugin since the issue (which btw occurred since the first use).

I want to avoid deleting and reinstalling because I have already created several fields, also because the plugin has received several updates.

Is there any way to troubleshoot the permissions issue?

Can you then try to de-activate and re-activate the plugin to see if it makes a difference (you will not lose your previously configured feeds with that).

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
