    Hello,

although I have updated the WP plugin GDPR Compliance to v1.4.3, and also having tried to uninstall and reinstall it, disable it and reactivate it, and also having removed and put back the flag of the option “Activate page”, continuous to receive the error message: “Something went wrong while saving the request. Please try again.” as soon as I click on the “Send” button.

Thanks in advance for your help!

P.S.: Below is the error log provided by the server:

    Quick Update:
I entered the “token” field (varchar 256, not NULL) in the database table where it was missing, and now it seems to work fine. ??

Strange. Seems like the database query to add the new ‘token’ column failed somehow. What WordPress version are you using?

Hello, I am having the same issue, but I have no access to the database table. I installed the newest plugin and have contact form 7 – I can send an email successfully through the form, but not through the data request access form – I get the error “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later” In looking at the contact 7 form setup this error means “Submission was referred to as spam”. The “from” on the contact 7 form setup is “[email protected]”. This is very frustrating and would like this fixed as soon as possible please.
    Thank you,
    Cathy

    Good day!

I also have 2 websites and the first website runs this plugin fine. My new site is under construction and has the error on the GDPR plugin to send. It is like the previous post, see below:
