    Hi,

Thank you in advance for taking the time to look into this!

I’m getting multiple errors when trying to implement this form on a site. I imported this form to another site on another host with the same results. I disabled plugins with the same result. I disabled Divi’s new performance options with the same results.

The first error that shows on the frontend after completing the form is “Error! Something went wrong when verifying the payment.” When I go to Chrome’s console, it shows another error, “click_initiate_payment_reject” with an object dropdown box that shows “err: Error: Expected an order id to be passed\n.”

Also, when the page loads for the first time, there is a warning in the console saying
“Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response https://api2.amplitude.com/2/httpapi with MIME type application/json. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5629709824032768 for more details.”
I have a feeling this is preventing the form from working but this also shows up on the other site/host that I tested the form on.

The PayPal credentials are working because they are showing up under API Calls on their end. Chrome is fully updated and on newest version.

Can you please offer me some insight on how to fix this issue with my form?

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

    Hi @javenarius,

I could notice the issue, this is really an odd one. On checking further I could notice if I delete the PayPal field and re-add it again as added before then the payment works fine.

Could you please try importing this form and see whether the imported form works on your side?

I’m checking this with our Forminator developers to see what exact instance is causing this and if there are any potential issues that would be the reason for this.

Will keep you posted once we get further feedback asap.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @javenarius !

Great to hear that it’s solved now! We’ll still follow up with our team to check why it happened in the first place.

I’ll mark the ticket as resolved for now, but of course should you need to reopen it, please feel free to do so ??

    Warm regards,
    Pawel
