Please note, while you’re looking at the code, I had to replace the Forminator block on the ipausa.org page with a Google Form temporarily so we could get registration rolling. If you need to see the form live, I will create a subpage so we can troubleshoot. Thank you!

I imported the form to a test website and re-added the PayPal field, which fixed the issue at my end. Can you please give it a try at your end?

Hello all!

Unfortunately, after making what I thought were a couple small changes to the form, I have the same error again. I removed two check box fields that gave the option to mail a check or purchase order. Now the only payment option is PayPal, and I’m encountering the same error message as before.

Prior to that change, the form was functioning well.

To check this issue, I imported the form to a test website. It looks like the limit configured on the Date field (Please Select Today’s Date) is causing the issue.

Please try re-configuring the same (configure start and end date as Today) and check if that resolves the issue.
