    Hi there,

    I can see the Form added to your site. If you are not seeing any form data from your site’s dashboard then there is probably some other internal conflict on your site that is causing this issue.

    Please try deactivating any caching and security plugins and then test again. Otherwise, please open a ticket here, we have to take a deeper look into the issue.
