error: site appears blank white screen when try to open it.

  • I used the wordpress jupiter theme, in my site there is problem that when i try to open the URL of my site or any other page’s url the site will appears blank white screen only. it not showing any files error or any database error. here is url of my site https://ehamanagementconsultancy.com/

  • If you switch to a default WordPress theme – any that start with Twenty – does this still happen? It is important that you test this.

    I forget to mention that my WP-Admin is also not working. When i try to access the wp-admin it also shows blank screen.

    I would use an ftp client or your webhost control panel and rename the Plugins folder.
    It is inside the /wp-content folder
    Just rename it (does not matter what to) and then try and open your site.

    yeah i have renamed the plugin folder and try to reload the site then it shows the following error:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/ehamangc/public_html/wp-content/themes/jupiter/functions.php on line 284

    Please use a default WordPress theme – one whose name starts with Twenty-

    This is important.

    and in your wp-config please make debug, true
