Error since the latest update

Thanks for the info. We’ve updated to a new form builder with a ton of new great features. There is an update routine that fires to clear up the data.

The undefined offset should be cleared by the update routine, or saving the CK settings on the page.

Hi! I’m having exactly the same issue – and I haven’t been able to fix this. Any other suggestions?

1. Make sure you’re on the latest version (1.6.1)
2. Go to your ConvertKit settings page and verify your API Key and Secret are there
3. Save settings (even if you change nothing)
4. Re check.

I’m also getting this error when cloning from a production site (e.g. https://www.example.com) to a development/staging site (e.g. https://dev.example.com). The production site is fine, but the development site (clone) throws the error.

The PHP Notice has been fixed in version 1.6.2 of the plugin. Please update to the latest version.

Not sure what you mean by this. I updated just now, have the issue since then, so I think the update routine does not clears the undefined offset issue.

Update: ignore for now. Submitted a ticket via convertkit.com support.

@sandervanhooft thanks for submitting the ticket. I will respond there. Should have this fixed in version 1.6.3.
