error shows after change server and domain

  • I got some error msg on top of website after change server and domain. please help. here is the error.

    ok. I installed this plugin in another website. It cause the error as well. I am using the siteground webhosting. try php 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3. but nothing work. any help? Thank you.
