    Hi there,

Since last update, payments with promo codes show an error on confirmation page and I receive vendor’s confirmation email meentioning a payment problem :

Following error occurred during payment processing:
Invalid payment amount received. Expected 26,53€, got 19,60€.

    Données de débogage?:
    asp_stripeCustomFieldName: Ton prénom
    asp_stripeCustomField:
    asp_coupon-code: ***
    asp_billing_name: ***
    asp_email: ***
    asp_payment_intent: pi_1FyD2nFjMWzSOyKHodGiTybJ
    asp_product_id: 1076
    asp_process_ipn: 1
    asp_is_live: 1
    asp_thankyou_page_url: ***

The amount paid passed to Stripe is the right one (19,60€ in that case), I can’t understand where the 26,53€ amount comes from (the standard price is 28€ including VAT, 23,33 excl. VAT).

    Can you please help ?

Are you saying that after you updated the plugin to version 2.0.16, this issue started happening?

Also, your debug log shows no errors.

    Regards

Hi. I am able to reproduce the issue. Looks like a regression, introduced in current version.

This will be fixed in new version (which would be released shortly; within 24 hours).

@mbrsolution Yes, this started from the last plugin update, and it shows no error, there’s no error with the payment but I have this email and more important, the confirmation page shows a confusing message about a payment problem to my customers :/

@alexanderfoxc Thanks for your help, looking forward to having this set up, customers are confused…

@alexanderfoxc you are awesome thank you!

    Hi,

I’d just like to say that I have the same error when there is a shipping amount.

    Thank you.

Yep, I just reproduced it on my test site.

This will be fixed shortly. I will release a testing version with the fix. Once tested and confirmed, it will be added to stable version.

    Thank you for reporting.

@willes , please install testing version (2.0.18t1) and let me know if it fixes the issue with shipping. You can get it by going to Stripe Payments -> Settings, look for testing version on the right side column.

@alexanderfoxc, I confirme that the testing version works as expected.

That was quick, thanks a lot.

    Hi there,
I still have this error on discounted payments :/

    Plugin Contributor Alexander C.

    (@alexanderfoxc)

I tested discount coupons several times in the current version and can’t reproduce the issue.

Are you using the latest version of the plugin (2.0.18 at the moment)?

Also, if you’re using caching plugins (W3 Total Cache or similar), be sure to clear their cache (this should be done every time you update any plugin actually).

    (@sophiegironi)

    Hi @alexanderfoxc
I have automatic updates activated on Stripe plugin so I think I had the latest plugin version when this happened.
I don’t have any cache plugin but I know there’s one on the hosting side.
I’ll check if I can do something there and let you know if I still have problems.
Thanks for your help on this, anyway <3
