• Hi.
I am trying out the free version of Badges on our site. The badge does show up correctly on the front end of this game but on the game itself the badge shows only half on the extra pictures while the badge should only be shown on the main picture here.
Will this be fixed ? if this because of the free version ?
Thank you in advance for the help.

    Hi there,

no it’s not a problem of FREE version, probably a theme issue. Sometimes the theme override the product image template and similar issue can happen.

Please, could you try to test it with default WordPress theme ? Thanks

Hi. As I am really just an end users I have no idea or option to test it other than on our webshop. I wanted to use the payed version for more options and combine that with your preorder plug in (hopefully your guys will create an automation option when both plugs are synced). Is there a way you can get around this, the skin we use is a much used favourite with many Woo users.
    Thank you for your reply.

    Hi there,

I understand what you say, but if the problem is related to the custom theme templates the plugin will not be able to show badges correctly.

Hi. I have contacted GetBowtied about the problem of the badge showing incorrectly and they told me to update the skin. I just did and although the one problem was solved, the letters are actually readable now (they were folded before) on the final product, but the stil show on all secondaity images i.s.o. on the main image only. Can you resolve this !? or is this something for the skin developer too. I use Shopkeeper.
