Error setting up S3 CDN

Where can I read about the proper settings for using W3 Total Cache with Amazon S3 CDN? I already have a bucket set up with a unique user and access key and secret id. I have Cloudflare set up with CNAME. I have a user policy similar to this one:

Error: Unable to put object (S3::putObject(): [AccessDenied] Access Denied).Do you know what the problem is?
