Error sending the email

I configured the wp SMTP plugin with this email: [email protected] and I have a three contact form. One form I want to configure with [email protected] when the user submits this form. They will receive the form [email protected] not from [email protected] and also submit the form sent to the [email protected], not the [email protected].
