Error sending message with certain checkboxes

    The last two checkboxes –

    U18-position-host

    Host

    U18-position-servasst

    Service Assistant

    Will not allow the message to be sent. The names of the boxes match the mapped fields of the PDF and they have been shortened but still not working. If I change the value of the checkboxes to ‘Yes’, it allows the form to email but does not output to the PDF. The other checkboxes work fine. I have manually mapped the fields, used the Field Mapper tool and also used the Tag Deprecator with no success. Help! Those are the only two checkboxes that do not work.
