Error Sending message…

This form used to work just fine, but recently stopped working… perhaps due to some kind of WP update?
Sometimes, it gives a field validation error first, then when submitted again, I get “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”
Sometimes the box is yellow, sometimes orange, sometimes red.
Please help!
