Error sending emails with SendGrid

    Hello guys, can you please help me to fix this issue? I followed the SendGrid setup but I cannot seem to send test emails successfully ??

    Here is the log:

    Versions:
    WordPress: 6.6.1
    WordPress MS: No
    PHP: 8.3.7
    WP Mail SMTP: 4.1.0

    Params:
    Mailer: sendgrid
    Constants: No
    Api Key: Yes

    Debug:
    Email Source: WP Mail SMTP Mailer: SendGrid http_request_failed: [“N\u00e3o foi indicado um URL v\u00e1lido.”]

    PS: The request failed message in english is: “No valid URL was indicated”

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Hi @abworks,

    Thanks for reaching out! It appears that you have experienced a plugin conflict or an issue related to your current server setup. Could you please try deactivating your third-party plugins and then send a test email?

    If you are able to send a test email, you can then activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the issue. In most cases, if you have security plugins, you need to check if they are blocking your requests.

    If you experience the same issue even after deactivating your plugins, please reach out to your hosting support with the debug log. They should be able to assist you further. It is possible that your server’s firewall or mod_security rules are causing the issue.
