• Hi,

    I have two problems with the dropdown menu in the store area

    first
    The top bar above the main menu of the store page loads late relative to the main menu bar.

    second
    On the main page of the store the adhesive header does not work, it does not appear when scrolling the page.
    However on the checkout page it does have the Sticky effect, but, but
    When you scroll the page the menu disappears and instead the web menu is presented which is strange.

    To see the problem better, I send you a VIDEO

    Thanks
    Best Regards,
    Enrique

    It’s ok thanks

    Please pay more attention on this page . Cuando se desplaza hacia abajo aprece un segundo menu fantasma en color no visible con el menu de la web, no de la tienda

    Thanks

    Hi
    Thnaks

    Excuse my previous answer is a writing error

    Please pay more attention on this page. When scrolling down, a second ghost menu appears with a color that is not visible. The menu that can be seen in the background is the one on the website, and you should see the store menu.

    Best regards

    Hi, Robert

    It is possible that you check this problem in the sticky plugin

    Thanks

    @kike0128 Hi, sorry I have been so busy lately. I took a look at your site.
    The top light blue top bar above the header doesn’t have my plugin applied to it so I don’t know why it’s taking longer to load. Possibly the theme you are using, I can’t be sure. If you want that top bar to be sticky only then you don’t need my plugin for only that. My plugin doesn’t actually make the header sticky, it only changes the (already)sticky header once the user scrolls. There is a setting for the section under advanced > motion effects > sticky > set to “top” to just make it sticky.

    The main white header just seems to be sticking to the top before the top bar is off of the page. Maybe try setting the scroll distance to at least the height of the top section if not more.
    I noticed you aren’t using any of the background color, shrink, or any other of the plugin features. If you just want it to be sticky use the same elementor settings that I mentioned above.

    Hi Robert
    Thank you for your suggestion to separate the white menu from the top a little more.
    I think the problem is, you have not understood.
    I apologize if I do not express myself well in English

    First

    In the Web page it has two menus
    A MENU WEB corresponds to the normal website

    And another menu corresponds to MENU SHOP

    The problem is in the MENU SHOP

    Second
    In the initial ticket of my problem, I explained that when the page is scrolled down the sticky MENU SHOP changes and then a ghost menu appears that corresponds to the WEB MENU

    Watch this VIDEO and so you see the problem

    Thanks
    Best regards

    The ghost menu on the store pages is your astra menu. You can either disable is in the customizer settings or use this CSS code to remove it.

    #ast-fixed-header {
    display: none !important;
    }

    Let me know if that helps
