Installed plugin – kept 95% as default operation and parameters, when client submits a ticket with an image on the client side they get a blank screen saying “There has been a critical error on your website.” and no image is present in the ticketing system.
When agent replies to a ticket he is then presented with a white screen with “There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
