error saving to google drive

    Every time I do a backup, it can’t save it to google drive, and it gets stuck trying to do the backup
    This is the error:
    (1) Exception (UDP_Google_IO_Exception) occurred during backup uploads to the googledrive. Exception Message: The stream IO handler requires the allow_url_fopen runtime configuration to be enabled (Code: 0, line 51 in /home/chapala/chapalarealty.chapala.com/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Google/IO/Stream.php)

    Hi Roberto,

    The issue is your PHP configuration. You need to do either one of these things:

    1) Enable the php-curl module in your PHP setup.

    or

    2) Enable the allow_url_fopen PHP configuration option in your PHP configuration.

    If that means nothing to you, then please ask your web hosting company to point you to the right place on their setup.

    This is actually the first time in 10 years I’ve seen a PHP install which has neither of those.
