Error saving form. Upload error

    Hello!

    Recently, my customer couldn’t send the form because it told them, “Error saving form. Upload error”.

    I’ve tried disabling the cache on the page and clearing the browser cache, but the problem still persists.

    This issue happened with every form that has a “file upload” field. I tested the form with no file upload field, and everything went fine.

    Everything has been totally fine in the past, but I just had this problem today. I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the plugin or if it could be related to my host’s upload permission.

    Hi @lunarmimi,

    I just tried a test submission and by uploading an image and it got submitted without any issue.

    Do you notice the issue with uploading any specific file formats? Possible to also share the form export so that we could give a look at the existing configuration?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

    Thank you so much for your reply. I’ve just checked it again and the problem was resolved unexpectedly. This is really strange but for now there’s no problems!
