    Hi jforth,

    Please, follows the steps below:

    1. Go to the plugins section in your WordPress.

    2. Deactivates/Activates the plugin (and install the latest version if corresponds) to be sure the plugin checks the database’s structure, and creates new columns if are needed.

    3. And finally, clear the browser’s cache.

    If the issue persist, do not hesitate in send me the access to your WordPress through my private support page, to check the issue in detail:
