Hi @waygoodtea

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I did as suggested (changing the themes, disabling plugins) but the issue still exists. Now, there is another error message saying “We were unable to process your order, please try again.”

I’ve rechecked the system status report and it still doesn’t show any fatal errors.

I understand that your initial problem is not resolved and now you are also facing a new problem that says “We were unable to process your order, please try again”.

For effective troubleshooting, I suggest creating a staging site with a default theme like Storefront and only essential plugins like WooCommerce and a payment gateway you are using.
You may ask your web host if they provide a staging site feature or use the WP Staging plugin to create a staging site.

Once the staging site is ready, share the SSR of the site with me.
I will review SSR and inspect the site to find the cause of the issue and fix it.

I changed the theme to Storefront and disable most of the plugins like you suggested. I left Woocommerce and Woopayments (test mode activated) installed.

Still, none of the payment methods are working correctly (neither credit card, paypal or express checkout ‘Google/Apple Pay’). Can you please take a look and advise? Thank you.

Is this issue related to WooPayments or WooCommerce Square? Also, what error are you seeing? Is it happening on the checkout page or the settings page?
