    If the “Same as Billing” check box is enabled, error messages are displayed once a customer fills in information and checks the “same as billing” box. If the same customer information is entered a second time, it now goes through.

    No error messages are received if customer is forced to reenter information into shipping fields.

    I could live with it, but I need to sell services (no product sent) so forcing customers to enter shipping address is confusing for them.

    Any ideas?

  • Sounds like an issue with an old theme file for WP eCommerce. Most likely the shopping cart one in your active theme if you have it copied.

    You could remove that and let the plugin load the default one. You can also disable the shipping fields from the Store -> checkout settings if you don’t ship any products.
