Error running ithemes security check

  • When I run the security check it shows almost everything right, but at the end it shows me the following message:

    An invalid IP was obtained:<html> <head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head> <body bgcolor="white"> <center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center> <hr><center>nginx</center> </body> </html>

    My Hosting provider has indicated the following:

    The error message 502 Bad Gateway indicates, clearly, that IP blocking of IThemes is occurring on the server. In order to detect this blockage and remove it, we have to know the IP from which IThemes tries to access to perform the security check.

    Please, contact your support so that they can indicate this information to you, send it to us, and we can unblock this IP.
