Error retrieving the tax rates

    i have the following error in my “Taxes Log”. i only have taxes on some products and it’s working on the front end.

    07-19-2018 @ 21:10:01 – Error retrieving the tax rates. Received (400): {“error”:”Bad Request”,”detail”:”to_zip 95076 is not used within to_state false”,”status”:400} (WCS Tax)

    95076 is the zip code of my store/place of business….

    Hello @mjugarte,

    Does your cart/checkout form include the “State” field? The error message shows false for the to_state, meaning the state field is blank.

    Hi @mjugarte,

    Like we said, the error message occurs when the state field is blank. In short, there’s nothing to worry about – the error may have gotten logged, when someone tried to get shipping rates with an empty state field. You’ve checked the option within the extension to record all errors in the logs – that’s how it got logged.

    So, in short, this isn’t a problem – and there’s nothing to worry about. ??
