    I was setting up the plugin and it seems it did not fully connect to stripe, now I seem to be halfway through with no way to finish setting up the plugin or disconnect from stripe at all. On the bottom left side of the screen I get the following error messages:

    • Error saving data
    • Error retrieving account data
    • Error retrieving account keys

    Trying to disconnect from stripe does nothing. If I do a connection test it stays there forever with no error or any other outcome.

    I installed the same plugin on two sister sites on the same server with the same stripe account at the same time and it was a flawless install, with everything running smoothly.

    This kind of problem may be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. But before trying to determine this, I recommend you to clear your browser cache/cookies and try again.

    If that doesn’t help, the best way to determine this is to:

    • To begin, please make sure that your theme and all plugins are up to date.
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe
    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Try again

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict.

    To clarify, sister sites means a WordPress multisite install, same theme/plugins utilized, or otherwise?
