Error retrieving account details – please disconnect from Stream and try connect

Hi guys,
Thanks for creating such a great plugin. It’s been extremely helpful to me in the past few months.I’ve got two sites running Stream and noticed on one that all of the records had disappeared. Under Stream/Account on my WP install it said to disconnect if the problem persists, which I did.
I’m now getting the error when I try to reconnect….
“There was a problem creating your site on the system (104). Please try again later or contact support.”
I’ve attempted to reconnect multiple times in the last 24 hours or so, when I first noticed the problem.
My other site, which I didn’t disconnect, still says “Sorry, no activity records were found”, but records were there a few days ago.
Happy to further help with troubleshooting if I can. Thanks in advance.
