Error restoring initial backup of roles

Hi, I installed the plugin PublishPress Capabilities, I edited the permissions of the users, but it gave me an error when I login does not direct me to the WordPress desktop but it takes me to the login of the online store, to solve the problem I went to the option restore the initial backup of the roles, but then I want to return to edit the roles and the message appears: Sorry, you do not have permissions to access this page.
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but still the same error.
