Error: Rest API Not Available

    I am testing, but after Sign up & Connect and receive this error: “Rest API Not Available
    Please check the following link to fix the issue and retry the connection afterwards.”

    I have disabled Sucuri Security, Cloudflare and WP-Rocket, and nothing happen.
    I checked ?rest_route=/ too and it works fine, I am using VPS with full access.

    Can you please enable the plugin again so that we can check on our side?

    Most probably the service IP has been blocked by your hosting provider. We will check as soon as you enable the plugin and if we find out that was the case, we will send you the instructions on how to fix it. We are looking forward to your reply.

    I have disabled WP Rocket, Cloudflare and Sucuri Security.
    This is my own VPS, so, I can do any change if necessary.

    Thank you for the reply. Can you please whitelist the IP addresses mentioned in this article Troubleshooting disabled API section: https://help.10web.io/hc/en-us/articles/6549143350034-Troubleshooting-the-10Web-Booster. It will help to solve the issue and you can even enable back the Cloudflare.

    If you are using Cloudflare and have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, please follow the steps in Important note in the article.

    It is working now ?? My bad, I whitelisted only 2 IP’s, I don’t know why i didn’t added the other ones. Thank you very much.
    One more question, do I need to disable WP Rocket at all?
