Error registering for free trial subscription via Stripe payment gateway failed

    My customer signed up for a free trial subscription through the Stripe payment gateway but it failed, due to insufficient funds on the card. Can you customize the Easy Digital Downloads version 2.11.6 plugin code for me? i don’t want to upgrade to higher version because it will get fatal error, i will pay, thank you very much

    We do not do direct customizations of EDD or provide development on a contract basis.

    It would be ideal for you to get updated to the most recent version of EDD and it’s extensions. If you are getting a fatal error upgrading, could you maybe provide the fatal error so we can try and troubleshoot that for you?

    Thank you for responding, when configuring “webhook” in my Stripe account I choose version N\A , don’t know if this is the cause of the above error. In my opinion it could also be due to the plugin. If the customer does not have enough money in the card when signing up for a trial subscription, an error will occur. In case the customer has enough money in the card when registering for a subscription, the card will then deduct money and immediately get a refund and start the normal trial process.
