Hello, I have a website with WordPress from an Academy of Oppositions. We have many registered students, at first it did not give an error, but now when you try to register a student with your plugin I get the following error: “It is not allowed to do this”, in the screenshot that I pass you will see it in Spanish since is my native language.

I have spoken with the provider of my Hosting and he tells me that it is a problem of the plugin that I use, that I contact the author. How can I fix it?

I have the latest version of the plugin and wordpress installed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @pewito,

Do you use any caching on your site? If you do, please try to remove the registration page from it and let me know if the issue still persists.

Hello, first of all thanks for your attention. I actually use the “LiteSpeed ??Cache” plugin, could that be why?

What I tried was to deactivate your plugin, but do you need to uninstall it completely, right?

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi @pewito,

No, it should be enough if you deactivate our plugin. My advice is to deactivate LiteSpeed Cache and check if you still encounter the issue.

Any caching plugin has the option to exclude certain pages from caching. If the issue is from LiteSpeed ??Cache please exclude the registration page from the caching and check the issue again.

I found the following documentation from LiteSpeed ??Cache on how to exclude a page from caching: https://buildwoofunnels.com/docs/checkout-pages/caching/litespeed-cache/
