    This has happened twice in the last few days – and disabling the plugin and re-enabling it seems to fix the issue immediately and then it happens again…

    Hey @jms1017,

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    The Register Helper Add On is no longer supported, so you can deactivate it and use User Fields now. For further information you or your developer may also refer to our How to Convert Register Helper fields to User Fields guide. It is a good rule of thumb to always create a full site and database backup before implementing and testing any changes.
