error regenerating access token

  • my token expired today and when I go to regenerate the token I get the error message:

    invalid redirect_uri. This value must match a URL registered with the API Key.

    Could you please advise what the issue is. We have been using the plugin form some time and have previously been able to update the access token without this error message
