Error recovering fields data in Zapier

    I am trying to use your CF7 to Zapier plugin to connect my CF7 data to Active Campaign.

    However, the data that picks from the form is not correct. The form used is this one: https://masterbimonline.com/#Contacto

    I need to pick from here email and name each time the form is submitted. However, both data are wrong. Email is fixed and name is empty. This is the resulting hook in Zapier:

    your-email:[email protected] –> The predefined in WordPress

    _url:

    URL of the page with the form

    _form_title:

    Form title

    _ip:

    IP address

    _post_title:

    Title of the post with the form

    _submission_datetime:

    Submission datetime

    Fields with no value:
    your-country
    menu-754
    your-name
    tel-568
    your-message

    Please, could you explain me how to fix/solve it?

    Hi @joaquinpn, how are you?

    The form looks like OK and I tested the plugin against Contact Form 5.0 and WordPress 4.9.2.

    So… let’s find the problem:

    Can you tell me if you are using the last version of this plugin, CF7 and WordPress?

    Another ask: can you try again with all but CF7 (and this) plugin deactivated?
