    Hello,

Thank you for this great plugin. The settings page works good and the final result is perfect BUT I am working with Woocommerce and get the following error while the Filter-Everything plugin is activated:

“Ready to publish your first post? Start here.”

This error appears when I want to view the ‘View Cart’ page or the ‘Checkout’ page of Woocommerce. When deactivating Filter-Everything, the error dissapears and everything working fine.

    Anyone get the same error?

Hello Stepasyuk. I don’t want to publice my website yet so can I create a login account for you? Where can I send to the credentials?

Hello Stepasyuk. I don’t want to publice my website yet so can I create a login account for you? Where can I send to the credentials?

If @stepasyuk took that offer up, I’ll disable all of their privileges in these forums and disable their access. That includes using of forum contact to get around that prohibition. It’s that serious and developers have been banned for that before.

Had the developer outright asked or implied that access then this would be the reply to them:

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

Wow! Sorry it was not my intention to harm anyone. I will make my webpage public reachable so @stepasyuk can take a look at my problem.

@mhagenaars as you see I can not give you my contacts. So let me please know do you use the Sorting dropdown widget from my plugin? I suspect it as possible reason of the problem. You can try to remove it temporary to check if it affects on your site.

This is the error I get when I click on the Cart page or Checkout page while Filter Everything is activated:

As it turned out, the problem was caused by conflict with the Polylang PRO plugin.
For the moment Fiter Everything isn’t compatible with Polylang, but I will add this compatibility in next updates.

    Hello @stepasyuk,

Is the issue fixed within this last new update?

    Hello @mhagenaars

This issue already fixed in the last version of the Filter Everything.
But compatibility with Polylang plugin in general is not ready yet.

Hi @stepasyuk Any updates for Polylang Pro support?
