    Hi,

    I faced the error “Error: Quota Error: User Rate Limit Exceeded.”.
    I tried to disconnect / reset / and reconnect, but still facing this problem.

    How can I solve this?

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’ve been encountering this quota issue. While I’ll check this with the team I believe this may have been a temporary issue. Can you share whether you encounter the same at present if trying to perform the same action, such as setting up Analytics within the plugin?

    Hi James,

    I’ve solved it.

    Not sure if it’s my IP problems since I set a few up before the one having problems or that I’ve got limitation access on the GA account. But afterwards, I get full access on the GA account still couldn’t work.

    In the end, I asked my colleague who is the acc owner and has different IP to try on setting it up, it works.

    Many thanks for the update, and glad to hear you managed to get successfully connected. Out of curiosity were you trying to connect with Analytics multiple times in the same period or do you share a login with other users? I asked as the error reported is a user based error and we can try and recreate this by following the same steps.

    Hi James,

    I was setting up for another 3 domains under the same account at the same time, the first 2 domains worked, but the 3rd domain couldn’t.

    I did try to connect with Analytics multiple times when I couldn’t connect it. Then I waited for the next day morning (i think less than 12 hours), it still couldn’t connect and shows the same error though.

    Thanks for the update. In that case it is possible that you could run into such user related quota errors. If setting up Analytics within Site Kit doing so individually would ensure you don’t encounter such errors.
