ERROR: “publish_posts” “failed upload test”

I noticed that files with up to 1MB it releases to go up, but larger files it blocks, can you tell me where I set this for this type of user?

Hi @champsupertramp , thanks for the feedback but my problem is not that simple. I know all these settings, when the user is an administrator it works fine, but when it’s a restricted user, it only releases 1MB uploading.

The question is, how do I release uploads of more than 1MB for restricted non-admin users?
