Better Search and Replace: Error processing request

Having applied SSL I wish to update my URLs from http to https on a blog database with over 3000 posts (45MB). I’ve tried increasing the PHP memory and reducing the page size to its minimum, but it still returns the error. Would the plugin work better if I upgraded to Pro?
