Error processing donation

    Hi, this was working up until at least April 16. I was alerted today that someone got an error trying to make a donation. I tried going in myself to test it and got the same error as soon as I clicked on either “pay with credit card” or “Pay Pal”… basically anything to move to the processing section after entering my name and emal: “There was an error processing your donation. Please contact the administrator.” Well, I’m the administrator and I have no idea what’s causing this. I see no notices on the back end. No alerts. I hadn’t changed anything. Not sure why it’s suddenly not processing. Help? Btw, I also got an error trying to set up an account on the GiveWP site.

    I’m glad you reached out. I can certainly help you.

    Every time a donation is made on your site – or attempted, GiveWP creates a new entry on the logs section on the dashboard that gives us further information on what is happening. Can you send me logs for when you try to make a donation and get the errors below? You can find the logs under Donations > Tools > Logs.
