Error processing checkout with Varnish

I just installed Varnish and used w3tc caching plugins and now my checkout page doesn’t work. I have since tried to uninstall varnish and disabled the caching plugins and the checkout page still doesn’t work. I’ve tried rebooting server and still not working.
Please help!
