Error processing checkout. Please try again.

Hi there,
We are having some issues with the order processed with cards, the standard Paypal method is working fine. When the customers enter the credit card info and click “Place an order” button this error appear “Error processing checkout. Please try again”, the order is created with a Failed status. If the customer refresh the checkout page and try to place the order again, the order is created correctly and the status of teh order change correctly.
I am wondering what this is happening, I have deactivated all the plugins, I have switched to the WordPress default theme.
The logs register this after an order try is created
