    I have such a problem when I try to pay, writes “Error processing checkout. Please try again.”
    The logs contain the following:

    
    2020-09-04 08:18:22 pm: process_payment (): Order 65822 placed. Updating payment information.
    2020-09-04 08:18:22 pm: process_payment (): No balance payload provided.

    To provide you with a useful answer, I would need to find order and payment related information in our logs.

    Could you contact us by email at [email protected] and mention you are graf1n ?

    I would need to know:
    – how much were you trying to pay,
    – to which bitcoin address,
    – did you make the payment in time for the payment form to detect it?
    – what was the status for the order in your back office at the time of writing?
    – ..and what is the order status now? Has it been updated since?
