    Hello @akkk33

thank you for reaching out; we will try to help you resolved this issue.
It sounds like something is blocking the communication needed to complete the transaction. Can you try this again while you have all other plugins (except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments) disabled? It would also be good to see if there is any security measure running on your hosting serives.

Let me know what the outcome is.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @joostvandevijver.
I have a drop-shipping plugin and contacted them before submitting this issue, they told me that all orders status must be set to “processing” by default.
I disabled that plugin but still the checkout fails.
I also have Wordfence security plugin, and looked at its live traffic while making a new checkout, and all requests seems to be normal (code 200).

Update: I’ve just disabled all plugins except (Woocommerce – WooCommerce PayPal Payments) and the issue still exists.

    Hello @akkk33

can you tell me how you connected to PayPal? Did you do it manually or use the Wizard to connect? The wizard is the preferred way since it does additional actions in the background (please try this if not done before).

If this is not the solution for you, it might be better to open a service desk ticket, so we can take a closer look at your full logs and System report. You can create a ticket with Inpsyde here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

    Kind regards,
    Joost
