    after switching from sandbox to live, I’m receiving this errormessage on checkout: Error processing checkout. Please try again.

    In the debug-log-file it says:
    06-27-2016 @ 16:08:52 – {“name”:”INVALID_EXPERIENCE_PROFILE_ID”,”message”:”The requested experience profile ID was not found”…

    I don’t know what this means. Could you please help.

    Are you setting up PayPal Plus, Advanced, the REST API, or what exactly?

    Sorry, I’m using Paypal Plus and the WC-Rest-Api is activated (but I don’t know what that means)

    Ok, with PayPal Plus you have to configure the experience in your account. Did you go through those steps?

    More details on that are available in PayPal’s documentation on page 7.

    You could probably give them a call and have them help you setup your PayPal Plus experience, too. Once that’s configured in the PayPal account it should work fine in the plugin.
