Error processing checkout

    I’m getting a “Error processing checkout. Please try again.” Any suggestions for what I might check to see why that’s a problem?

    Hi Bakari,

    thanks for reaching out.
    This error message in a generic text that WooCommerce displays when the site is offline or the server returns an exception. Please check the PHP error log and try to disable all payment methods.

    Thanks for replying back.
    I got in touch with GoDaddy and this is what they replied:

    “I read through the donations plugin’s documentation and the plugin is not specifically designed to work with GoDaddy Payments either. The plugin claims that it works with over 100 payment method types, but this seems to be another way to state that their plugin may work with the payment plugins that are built for WooCommerce; this doesn’t look to be a guarantee though.”

    Is that true that your plugin doesn’t work with GoDaddy Payments?

    Thank you for your response. Since GoDaddy Payments is not available for users in Germany, it is difficult for me to track and fix the error. Have you already considered using Stripe or WooCommerce Payments instead?
